Total Carnage is an over the top "ra-ra American" sequel to Smash TV. The story takes place after a war in 1999 in some brutal dictatorship. The gameplay is pretty much the same as Smash TV, right down to the weapons. Also carried over is the same brutal difficult where enemies swarm and you can't kill everything.
