Roger Clemens' MVP Baseball is a non-MLB and non-MLBPA licensed Baseball game. To say this is a poor sports game is a bit of an understatement. I played one inning, and I was down 22-0. The game uses a series of very close up views of the field. This makes fielding balls pretty much impossible from the infield unless you have lightning fast reflexes (not that the ball detection works all that great). The AI is unrelentless and rarely misses the chance to put the ball in the outfield. There are better baseball games out there, leave this one alone.
