Secret of Mana is an action RPG similar to The Legend of Zelda. It follows three quirky characters in a world 1000 years after an apocalyptic event. The most famed aspect of this game is its mulitplayer, which allowed up to three people to control. The teamwork aspect was key considering the fighting system required a certain amount of time for your weapons to charge before you could attack at full strength. This game is notable as being a holdover of the failed Snes CD system, and many areas later in the game were incomplete due memory limitations.
