This game is a bit of an oddity in the naming front. There were two versions of this game released in Europe, Sensible Soccer and International Sensible Soccer. Although there is a title change, the game is essentially identical, and therefore is just a revision. The fact that the serial code was not changed supports this idea. It appears they simply made modifications to include the teams used in the World Cup in 1994. The US version is called Championship Soccer '94. Though it has a different serial code, the game is essentially the same.
