The Ghosts and Goblins series has always been regarded as some of the most difficult games ever made. Super Ghouls 'N Ghosts continues in its heritage. Once again, you are battling an army of the undead, and you are always 2 hits from death. Collecting armour upgrades allows you to use new forms of weapons. Chests are hidden if you jump in the right spots. The game shows off the capabilities of the snes, and shows shifting landscapes and massive waves. However, slowdown quite often becomes an issue.
