The Adventures of Batman and Robin is based on the cartoon which aired in the early 90s. The graphics in the game are excellent and match the style of the cartoon. However, I played the first level, and was frustrated by the traps that the game presents. Basically, there are many points where you only have a second to react. If you don't jump at just the right point, you end up stuck in a place that requires a level restart (you don't just die). If you are a Batman fan, you might want to try it out, but most other people might just get frustrated.

-----

Based on the iconic 1990's cartoon Batman: The Animated Series, this game is perhaps one of the most thorough and accurate video games to come from the Batman franchise. Assume the role of the Caped Crusader as you punch, jump, and grappling hook through eight unique and challenging stages modeled after actual episodes from the TV series. While it is a challenging play for some, its graphics are superb in their emulation of the original show, and the music is some of Konami's finest from this era. This is an added bonus considering that this is one of the few Batman games to have the license to the signature Batman music. A wonderful game, and a must for Batman video game fans! - J.D. Smith
