Final Fantasy Mystic Quest

Okay, I'm almost pained to admit it now, but I am a fan of this game. It's got a sort of childish charm to it that I can't deny. Seeing as I was into this game in my early teens when I was still but a kid, it really reminds me of the good old days. It's the sort of game that was easily shrugged-off by critics though, due to the fact that it really is one for the kids due to its instant playability and relatively short lifespan. You have to put things in perspective though. Sure it's short, but it will last you a lot longer than say an action game for instance. It's only short compared to other adventures... The gameplay though, is class. It is easy to control and hence easy to get into and play through, unlike a few adventures I can think of. It has some decent music too, a selection of which can be downloaded from the MIDI section. Get ahold of this game if you're after an adventure but one that isn't too taxing or drawn-out. A refreshing change from your average rpg, it's not to be missed.
