This sample was listed on Yafuoku (Yahoo Japan Auctions) in June 2015. The title screen has a build date of September 25, 1995, which is about three months before the game was released. I would not expect this game to differ much from final, as a result. The seller also posted a Cx4 diagnostic test screenshot in the auction. Some images from the original auction:
