Custom Flash Cart

This is a flash cart

The original cart was Donkey Kong Country 2. I started by taking out the rom , the sram and the battery.

Basically, I used 2*16 Mbit flash eprom and the Mad1 chip in order to make 32Mbit games playable. The ram (16kbit i think) has also been replaced with a 2Mbit sram, so several game-saves can be in the cart at the same time. The switch on the top of the cart are used to choose the "save slot".

There is a hole on the back because of the new battery place is a bit too big for the cart.
