This prototype was on sale on Ebay in May 2015 by seller "rosco88". Unlike the other known prototype, this one looks like it is in a near final state. Although we don't have a dump, the seller posted some pictures that indicate that this prototype is not quite the same as the final version.

Prototype - just says "Liscensed by Nintendo	Final version shows the Jaleco and Argonaut copyright
