Top Gear 3000 is notable for its use of the DSP-4 chip and having split screen simultaneous four player racing.  However, aside from the futuristic setting, the gameplay is not all that different than Top Gear 2.  The graphics and sound are nice, and makes this one of the better racing games for the SNES.
