Exertainment Mountain Bike Rally is essentially the game Cannondale Cup tweaked to use the <a href="article.php?id=0793">Exertainment fitness cycle</a>. The game is a racing game, with some Road Rash-style violence added in.  The Mode-7 presentation is almost dizzying.
