After the insanely difficult Earthworm Jim, Shiny decide to make this game a bit easier. This makes this game much more appealing than its predecessor. And it is also why I liked it more. They still made the mistake of not having a save feature, but it can be passed in about 2 hours. Also, this game is chock full of cheats. I liked that it had a larger variety of weapons, but some, like the bubble gun, are quite useless. The controls are better than the original, but it is still difficult to get used to swinging with your snot buddy. Also, the parachute should have been mapped to a different button, because you can waste ammo. And it is sometimes very difficult to control Jim in the Puppy Love and pocket rocket levels. The graphics are very high quality, and show off how good SNES games can look. They also bring out the humor with such touches as the salt shaker in the grill level. Now, onto the sound. The music is mostly classical tunes, which are hilariously added to the game. The voice samples and sound effects make this game worth playing. Jim's voice clips, and squish sounds are enjoyable to listen to over and over. Without these sounds, the game is quite plain. This is a very humorous game, but it is short, and gives you little reason to play though it more than once, except to hear Jim speak.
