Test Drive II is a first person mode-7 driving game that pits you on the road against one other driver.  Though it is impressive to have liscenses like Porche in the game, the gameplay is rather boring.  The big challenge in the game is to avoid other cars on the road and making sure to stop at the end of the race.  As was the nature in many mode-7 racers, there is a lot of pop-in.
