Trying to capitalize on World Cup fever, Ocean created this unique platformer where you use a soccer ball for a weapon and tool.  However, controlling the ball is an excercize in frustration, where often when you want to kick the ball, the boy instead does the volley.  And if you lose your ball, you are basically defenseless, and makes passing the levels extremely difficult.  The Japanese version replaces the cut scene kid with a crazy anime dude.
