This prototype of Batman Returns was on sale on in July 2014 by seller retrogamecity. It is identifiable by the misspelled label "BATMAN RETERNS". This is a Super Famicom prototype, and is likely the same as the one dumped by d4s. The seller had tested it and didn't notice anything out of the ordinary.
