1|This title was listed in the August 1991 issue of Gamepro, along with a bunch of other SNES titles. I list this as "possible", because development of the <a href="http://ultima.wikia.com/wiki/NES-Port_of_Ultima_V">NES version of Ultima V started around this time</a>. I suspect this title was listed by mistake.
