Evan G kotr-pirate-front-thumb.jpg This is a pirated box for Knights of the Round. Thanks to Marvinsaint from Brazil for providing these pictures. snes_central@yahoo.ca August 5, 2012 1|At first glance, this box for Knights of the Round appears as though it could be legit. It has the correct serial code and has artwork that is the same as the North American release. The sparseness of the back of it definitely gives away that it is a pirate. Upon further research, the artwork on the Super Famicom version of Knights of the Round was completely different than the US version, meaning that someone was trying to pass of the Super Famicom version of the game, but did not realize that the box art was wrong. After looking a bit closer, it is clear than the artwork is a bit squished. The text and images from the back of the box are directly copied from the US release. Still, it looks like it was fairly well made. I guess there were some Brazilian entrepreneurs out there. 14|kotr-pirate-front-small.jpg|Front of the box| 14|kotr-pirate-back-small.jpg|Back of the box| 14|kotr-front.jpg|Super Famicom box - front (taken from this website)| 14|kotr-back.jpg|Super Famicom box - back (taken from this website)| 14|kotr-us-front.jpg|Front of the US box (courtesy of byuu)| 14|kotr-us-back.jpg|Back of the US box (courtesy of byuu)|
